I believe in a hamhanded and guttural sort of way, the point DMB is trying to make is treat the providers with the respect they deserve. They are providing a service to us. If they provide it, they deserve to be compensated accordingly. If they do not, throw them up on the ripoff section and don't see them again. Katt came up from walking the streets with the usual habits and is again now providing. If she does a good job, pay her, and let us know about it.
