Anyone associated with the phone number will have photos in that album. Thus, someone used that number prior to it's current user.

All of the photographs were professionally done. There are videos, also professionally done. None of the women are low end by Detroit standards. None.

It's not that they all used the same site builder.

It's that they all have shitty reviews, list each other on all their own websites, and seem to be a network of the same shitty providers that have artificially inflated prices.
