I can't speak to all three locations but I can speak to the Mall area. I was told that its a great location to address Cincinnati all the way to North Dayton and I agree with her. Plus the area has many amenities in close distance if you are staying at the one of the hotels which BTW a couple are actually pretty nice (relatively speaking).

As with many things its location, location location.

Not sure what is going on but I've been seeing this same one for a long time and never been disappointed. I will say that a person gets treated most the time on how they treat others.
