Sorry to hear that. I would try again if you have the patience. I think I may have been a bit harsh on critiquing the booker. I had no communication issues with the booker, who was generally very responsive and clear in her texts. The only problem I had was the poor scheduling. My theory is that they book appointments back to back, leaving no leeway for unexpected events, like mongers coming in late or sessions going past the allotted time. I don't speak Japanese, but you do not need to speak the language to know when it is being spoken. I am very familiar with Asian languages, even if I only speak a few. I can easily tell if someone is speaking Mandarin, Cantonese, Vietnamese, Korean, etc. Same goes with Japanese.
