While Australia did contain the virus (but are having outbreaks now) their mitigation / lockdown measures were / are draconian, and the fallout from a public health standpoint, particularly mental health, has been devastating. I would not call it a success by any measure, even if you are an IWLMCR. LMAO for the poster who thought to abbreviate that one!

My whole family had covid just over a month ago and all tested positive at a testing center. Never received any kind of call or other communication from a so-called "contact tracer". I don't think they exist.
