At King / NDS, you can also do the flat fee up front (1 hr for 240), tell them you want to skip the massage, and just get right to the good stuff. If I recall correctly, they also still do 45 minutes for 200, if that's what you want.

In fact these days, I get the TS, FS, and then close out with the massage if there's time remaining. The really good girls will actually give you a legit-quality rubdown. They way these ladies work you over during the FS, that massage can be a godsend.
