Not sure about other places but I've never known it to work that way at any of the AMPs here. If you can't get it in the hh, you probably won't get it in the hr.

I saw her twice during the summer. The second time convinced me never to go back.

First time was decent. She talked (non-stop) about how skilled she was at massage, but didn't really give anything that I would expect from a licensed massage therapist. I've been to a couple places and only ever gotten a handshake. I've only ever gotten a half hr also. I'm curious if some of these places only open up the menu if you get a full hr?

I have never taken an hr only been few girls I would even want to be on table with anyway. That spares up $20 for a tip. If your just stating out just give it time you become a veteran and the menu just seems to open up.
