I don't think Mike was the guy who got roofied. If anything the girl was roofied and then turned into pinata doll by this sicko. The saving grace is, whether he beats this rap or not, no matter where he goes, a simple google search will reveal everything he is accused of.

Innocent until proven guilty, but IMHO he deserves everything that's coming to him. Hope he has fun in prison. Maybe he'll be Cellies with chief kealoha or one of his ex cop cronies. If beats this case, his reputation is shit.

They might not even fully serve those terms of incarceration. As I understand it, in the federal system they can earn up to 54 days of "good time" credit each year.

The Eleventh Amendment of our constitution prevails (no matter what is assumed); proving the innocence comes with a heavy price tag unless he is a low-income buggah. Anyway, he going get more rights to uphold than the victim; this going be one crazy case, IMO.

I have a feeling he will get off easy coming from wealth and a Iolani alumni with a huge network. Being asian will be in his favor also maybe but with hawaii's loose justice system he will get off easy like all the other guys. Having a good defense attorney will win the trial greatly I guaranteed his family will hire the best Green, Bakke, or some other high profile attorney. Also maybe the girl was a sugar bae from seeking some of those girls play too much games and they are looking for trouble. He snapped when he didn't get what was agreed upon. I don't condone any of them but there's more to the story than what the media portrays.

Trying not to get triggered here since you put a disclaimer about not condoning this but, the media does not need to nor should they portray if the girl was a provider, sugar baby, whatever. She's a victim bottom line and the guy is a coward and a loser.
