I think it was South Figueroa St. In Los Angeles. Interesting, the city a couple years ago banned right turns at night off the streets in that area. They claimed it worked in cutting down prostitution. I think we all know it didn't cut any prostitution, just people doing right turns.

Seen a WSW that I have been trying to see for some time on Nashville on Wed night. Every time I have tried to make the scoop she is gone. I pulled up to talk to her and she immediately turned around and started walking. That's when I noticed a car coming up behind me.
