This has been my issues with comms.

I have had several especially on an outcall that when you respond to their text quickly but they answer back hoursssssss back it's frustrating especially in an outcall because the time does not stop and eventually gets late. In the last couple of weeks I also had a couple of providers while setting up the date tell they are coming over all night and never show up. They complain but they do it as much as the guys.

Find who is the GateKeeper for the utr that you want to see. And ask him if you could see his UTRS. Depending on the GateKeeper he might share that information with you, or he might not. If he does not just move on to the next utr and the next GateKeeper.
