Don't know about the first one. Second is a scam. While texting to set up the appointment I specifically asked to confirm that I would be paying face to face, and that it wasn't a "pay for room number" type of deal. They kind of dodged the question and sent provocative photos. I asked again, said I didn't want to waste anyone's time if I wasn't going to meet face to face to pay the donation, that I wouldn't pay for room number. They confirmed. I drove to the location, texted for room and got a "please send half the donation for room number" text back. I sent a laughing text back and hit the road. Good luck!

I've watched the activity on this one over the last week. She has constantly changed pictures and description about services offered. I was curious so I reached out (via txt) about rates. She responded with $$/ HR. The rest of the conversation went as follows:

Me. Is that a flat rate or are there up charges?

Her- Is that too much for you?

Me. No. Just want to know what to expect from my session.

Her. Oh ok.

Her- Thats for full service honey (red flag 1).

Her. How serious are you? (red flag 2).

Her. Do you use CashApp, Venmo, or (some other app I never heard of)? (red flag 3).

Me. No. I'm cash in hand only. Is that a problem?

She went dark after that. No response.

I never use apps for payment or "deposit". Just a personal rule of mine.

They're located in some run-down condos off of Harding place. Long story short. There were exterior buildings and interior buildings. Not sure which one they were using but it certainly looks problematic to get in and out of and I also would park a "tank" there because of the potential of it getting broken into or destroyed.

Hard pass.
