Toronto isn't anywhere near Vancouver in quality. On our side of the world, Vancouver is the best for that. Only thing I've really seen better is maybe Thailand high class places, with a mark down due to lack of the same kind of variety. Mayyybe Amsterdam, although I'm not really much of a fan of the scene there just due to preference.
