I agree with your first opinion. If Government is going to lockdown and force people / small businesses to lose money or whatever, then we should receive assistance via UnEmployment and Stimulus. WTF is $1200 going to do? Other countries are able to do monthly payments and they are controlling this virus better than the US because of how divided we are.
