It means it will drop your blood pressure. So if your blood pressure's low, it'll drop it even more.

If it's not Too uncomfortable going off your BP medication for a day, I'd take a Cialis (lasts longer than Viagra; but takes longer to kick in) to give it a go to see how it balances it back out.

Essentially, Viagra and Cialis are BP medications to some degree, as a "side effect". YMMV.

They make both Cialis and Viagra soft tabs and gel capsules that dissolve more quickly, so they enter your system in 15 minutes instead of an hour. I usually don't buy them because people seem to prefer things they're already familiar with, but if anyone's interested, I can add some to my next order. 20 mg Cialis soft tabs are about the same price as regular 40 mg pills. I don't think they make anything stronger in that form, likely because nobody needs 40 mg of tadalis entering their system all at once.

With Cialis, if one's taking it Every Single day, I think the standard is 2. 5 mg a day. 5 mg - 20 mg are the doses for leading up to the action. 5 mg I could see being used by (many times younger) guys taking it to ensure performance and / or aiming to drink a good amount while tagging a pretty lady being an option, and to follow-thru the next night and do the same. Or of course, not wanting to take said thing Every night, but build up with 5 mg if sensitive to it, a couple days + the day one expects to tag a pretty lady.

Personally, what I found is if it's foreign-generic, many times they can be more sensitive to other chemicals / substances in your system where it may not work quite as well, so ya take more to make sure, which can be uncomfortable. There's now US generic ones which work just as good as the name brand (at least for most from what I hear), and with I think at one of the places dirt cheap (Walmart? Out the door. I've had foreign-generic, and breaking a 20 mg in half usually handles me quite well, but it's also not worked quite so well (related to what I'm ingesting). Usually drinking will make it worse. I take a Prilosec OTC (20 mg) each morning and it reduces the heartburn significantly. I double it if I know there will be extra activities requiring the Cialis. I would not recommend taking one every day without your doctor checking you out. You may have a hiatal hernia (which is common) causing the issue, not just a stomach aggravated by the meds.

My heartburn lasts at least a week. I would take pepcid AC, but it only lasted a few hrs then really bad heartburn again. I would get occasional headache, too. I do sometimes drink not too long after taking, which probably isn't the best thing. Bottom line sounds like much smaller dosage and no drinking, but I'm in no hurry to go through that again.

Not sure why but I get Heartburn from Cialis and Viagra also. Out side of the feeling the high blood pressure rush that goes with it, all I do is pop a tums and that seems to work getting rid of it although mine doesn't seem as serious as yours. Good luck and keep us posted. FS.
