Totally agree. Advance booking is usually a waste of time with her. Sometimes it works, but rarely. I've seen her many, many times and she cancelled on me many times, usually with no message at all. Comms are terrible and she doesn't feel she owes anyone anything. But she is great when you do eventually see her. If you keep trying, you will almost certainly get thru eventually. But don't expect to simply book a meeting and then expect her to be ready at that time. I like Kay very much and she is definitely one of the stars of the county imo.
