Historically, Gwinnett hasn't been good to me when it comes to massage parlors. Sunshine was a nice exception recently. The AAMP's that advertise on AdultSearch (Duluth and Norcross) don't provide much in the massage department but they've served me well when FS is needed. Perhaps try Samantha's 3 places around Pleasant Hill (Sunshine, Origin, and Wellbeing). There are quite a few other places in that area if you have the time and funds to hunt. Oriental and Spring along Sugarloaf have been in business a good while so frequenting them might reveal a gem or two (but I don't have any hard intel).
