I'm looking too. I've used I wireless for several years which switched to kroger wireless. You can get limited text for 10 a month or unlimited for 25 a month. I use the prepaid cards purchased with cash do not use your kroger plus card either. There are months I do not get the chance to monger so it depends on which plan I go with. Busy mongering months I get the 25 unlimited slow months I grab the 10 one. Stay safe.

Your post is a little confusing. Do you want a text app or prepaid burner phone? Because text apps don't have "burner plans" that come with data caps like phones do.

I've used the TextNow app with success. It allows you to easily get a new number rather easily. I often use it to get coupons on food ordering apps like DoorDash and Uber Eats that give big discounts for new customers, so every time I sign up for their accounts with a new TextNow number I am considered a new customer.

I just use the text free app on my iPhone but I use the web version and not the app so it doesn't show up on battery use either and easy to log on and off.

I was visiting with a regular 24 hrs ago (Sun, 10:30 am) who is back in the game and clean, and so as of recently has a new phone. She relayed this story that happened a few mornings prior.

She has texted with one of you a few times. She got a new set of texts from an unknown number. It was this guy's wife. My contact talked to the wife *in person*. I think you saved your money, time and aggravation! You were certainly not too harsh. I reviewed her summer before last when she used a house on Riverside De. Looks were good but super rushed, not into it at all like most of her reviewers I would not have repeated so consider yourself lucky. Besides there are plenty of others around who will do Greek for a lot less!
