First time poster: decided to do a walk in at serenity. Marie was working along with Veronica. What a shit show. They couldn't decide who wanted to do what, waited 12 minutes for someone to come into room. Finally Veronica comes in for 5 minutes but tells me Marie will be in to finish because she has to leave.
