What he is attempting to do right now is create a bunch of new accounts and litter the board with his agenda and try to get senior unmoderated status. You're going to start seeing posts from well-known places that have been reviewed a bunch of times and backed up by relatively new members. It will become pretty clear and just look at the massage threads for newer members with multiple posts in a short amount of time. Be prepared to also get PMs from newer or relatively new members asking questions about various places. This is his gathering method. It's obvious he will never stop. What is also clear is that he is a fucking moron and he really cannot help himself so he is pretty easy to figure out.

The quote you reference, "Favorite post ever" was MY favorite post of the year that was written by OlGay but corrected by A2. A2 was telling OlGay (AKA Cheezefist, Newbiestyle, OldtimerMA and the cherished Trickster666 account and many more). That he may be happier on sites dedicated to fudge packing trannies.
