I know in SD there's plenty of advertisement for BBFS optional entertainment, and I've seen a couple, not for the BB, though they've pushed to see if I was sure I wanted to miss out, but they offer a quick fix for cheap. They've always been considerably older than advertised, and I've seen a couple that were alright, but I nearly walked out right away one time. From my experience, they've been older, versus agency standards (and I'm picturing some more veteran agency providers I've see) and not an option you'd want to rely on for great service (my opinion), but if other plans fall through and the happy pill has you all cranked up (showing my age a bit), they'll serve to scratch the ol' itch. That's been my experience as well for over 10 years. Min (BBBJ) told me that long ago.
