Saw Jessica at Crown a week or so ago. Saw Cici, the other masseuse, a couple weeks prior to that. Cici has good technique, allowed UTC. Jessica has more experience. It is actually on Evergreen Way, not highway 99. It does seem to be 99 but 99 branches off to the right south of it, if one is going north. Highway 99 is Everett Mall Way.
