I'm sorry, but we clearly had different experiences. I used them at least a dozen times and never had to pay more than the $299, I always paid in cash (just paid $300), and was never one single time pressured to pay anything more than that. Agree completely w Dnut. Relax was never reputable. I never saw one positive review about them.
