40-50 HE.

60-70 BJ.

Haven't done FS at an AMP, would probably tip 100. If I'm paying close to 200 total, would rather meet an escort for incall.

I can't see giving 60 if I didn't receive BJ, but some ladies seem to be pushing for it as a standard HE tip. If you don't push back, soon 80-100 will be expected as a standard HE tip. Not something I want, I say RESIST.
