Thanks for the info. I just wanted to add around Fowler and Fletcher area (near 56th). I've seen 2 or 3 white SUVs park side to side in multiple plazas. I'm pretty sure they are not there to watch for speeding cars.

I drove through 56th today and saw 4 of them SUVs by the publix parking lot.

They had a decoy SW on Hillsborough strolling between Hanley and T & C Blvd. I go through the area a lot and I've never seen anyone that pings my hooker radar; I do see quite a few homeless between Wawa and McD's tho.
