Couple nights ago, was out cruising. Across from the LL, there were two white girls sitting on the curb with a black dude. Pulled in the store lot for a closer inspection. One of the girls came up to my door, it was Jackie. She was looking pretty good, and although some of you have had drama with her, I have had some good times. However, I didn't recognize the second girl. Plain looking, face was a bit beat up, but she was a short spinner, and I have a thing for spinners. To make a long story short, her name is Lauren, 29, was beaten up and raped a few days ago at the Value Inn, so her face is pretty messed up, but old white guys like me shouldn't judge a book by its cover. While we are on the subject, I heard a story from a Drew Park worker. There is one particular neighbourhood women who panhandles Air Cargo Road and Hillsborough Avenue every day. Her boyfriend sit nearby and she rakes it in. Once a LEO decided to arrest her for something. He saw that she had more than $400 from panhandling and asked why did she keep panhandling when she already had so much money. She said it is her job and she does that every day. The officer handed the money to her boyfriend and took her into custody.

I have heard many stories from a variety of people about panhandlers in Tampa making $200 daily (males). Would they be out there if it did not pay?

There was a news report many years ago about this. One famous panhandler actually had a Benz around the corner and a few others had also expensive cars.

Three in the afternoon driving up Nebraska from Cass St I saw no workers at all until I got north of Flowler. Even then there were only two WSW between the Circle K around 127th st and Fletcher. There was on women at the corner of the apartments on 124th and 12th street hanging with four guys all acting like homeless people or whatnot.

No joy for me this afternoon. I will try another day.

Cruised Nebraska around 1030 am and again around 2 pm. I noticed a heavier than usual Uncle LEO presence. Still a few girls out though, a couple of times I got out swooped, while I was circling around and being extra careful. Picked up "Nebraska Nicky" around 230 near fowler. 20 BBBJ was really good, despite the fact that she nodded off a couple times, when she came to she went right back to business LOL. I've been seeing that a lot lately.

The Sheriff's posse was active all night in between Fowler and Fletcher. They were lighting up and pulling cars over left and right. Didn't see them hassle any of the girls, though. At one point, I even drove around a Sheriff SUV that had someone pulled over on a side street and they didn't give me a second look.

I did see Kaci going into her room over on Florida. Thought about stopping to knock on her door but she's been avoiding my calls and texts. I have noticed a light colored SUV parked for hours at her crib lately so maybe she has a Captain. Or not. She did post an ad early-thirty yesterday morning.
