Could have been she was booked back to back but seemed more likely that a tip is necessary. A shower to clean off oil was offered. Maybe he would try again but seems like it would get too expensive. Also she only advertises when she is available, which is seldom. She told him she only does incall once a month and outcall a couple times a month.
