Whoever posted the ads may exist but if anybody takes the time to Google the pics used in the ad (something that should have been done 1st if you suspected TGTBT) they'll see that those pics have also been used in escort ads in New Orleans LA, Boise ID, Des Moines IA, Manhattan NY, Philadelphia PA, Allentown PA, Atlanta GA, Alpharetta GA, Nashville TN, Columbia SC, Cleveland OH, Chicago IL, Baltimore MD, Portland OR, Louisville KY, Albuquerque NM and the list goes on. Of course, maybe she just travels an incredible amount. But, even more alarming, that Google pic search also turned up the Twitter feed of someone in Kenya whose account has been restricted by Twitter because of "unusual activity".

Maybe the out-of-area area code (yet another red flag we hadn't yet mentioned) doesn't mean anything and whoever posted the ad is really in our area, at least looks similar to the one in the pics they've stolen and will provide a legitimate service Maybe you're still willing to roll the dice and risk TOFTT. Personally, I wouldn't waste another second on this one let alone risk any money.
