Pics are nice but a quick search indicates they're from over 2 years ago and recent reports say she's gone downhill. Well OK, either get on Google and ask it how to do that in iOS or ask a "how to" question on these threads. There are many knowledgeable people here that like to help. I think if you open the image file in Preview go to Tools and change inches to pixels, then adjust the larger of the Width & Height to 648 making sure the "scale proportionally" box is checked. Then click OK and save image as XYZ, you should be able to resize and upload images.
