It could be all the above if you ask me. Truthfully, I believe wherever there is a high volume of working girls. I am one that has posted I will never go to the Kemper Sharonville area. That area has several providers working out of the motels an LEO is always close by. Several years ago at the end Of Lady J tenure she was at a motel in that area. When I was leaving LEO pulled out behind me an followed me for a good distance. Never been back an no plans to visit there. YMMV but I will stay away just my choice.

The east Kemper area. Lots of providers there so LEO is always cruising the area.
