There have been a number of posts about this subject, and I agree with you. For myself, my threshold is $220 an hour, and it MUST include BBBJ, DATY, DATO, and BBFS. Completely agree. That other site has several "land whales" asking for 200,250 or more for qv and or hh sessions. Others have spiked prices during a pandemic that already has many mongers staying away from any providers for their own and loved ones safety. Similar experience for me when I was there years ago. The reason I left was slightly the opposite though. Too much time commitment.
