You can get out of quarantine by purchasing a gift card from a list of accepted sites that HX listed on their FX points page. Easiest I think are the $25 walmart or amazon ones. I am going to do that once my points run out so I can unlock more mail later on. If you're trying to get into the kgirl scene via HX, you're going to need to be able to send PMs from your account so they can screen you. Buy a 25 dollar gift card, use it on HX to get our of quarantine.
