Hey guys, weighing in from Tampa. New to this thread but a Greek lover for sure. I ALWAYS ask in advance because there's prep time that's needed. I cannot even consider going there if she hasn't prepped properly. The ones who advertise Greek are generally those who know what to do IMHO.
