I had a similar experience recently at 2188. There was a lot of upcharging and complaining about payment even after I paid two girls upfront for the GFE service and tipped them up front. My main issue with 2188 is the way it's set up. It is my first experience with apartments, so bear with me if I'm being weird about what is supposed to be standard practice. For my appointment, I parked, text the booker, and received the actual address. I then walked to the front gate, but he was nowhere to be seen. I ended up texting him again while walking around awkwardly on a busy street. He finally opened the front door, ambled slowly to the gate, and let me in. I got a very strange vibe from all of it. I understand that LE don't really target the clients in situations like this, but it would be very clear to any observers exactly what is going on at the property. I'm much more comfortable with independent girls, or agencies where I go straight to the girl. Getting looked up and down by what is essentially their pimp just make me uncomfortable.

The Good: The girls was very pretty and had great bodies. The first girl had an amazing attitude. It's hard to find that combination of looks and libido.

The Bad: Lots of upcharging even though I was already being very, very generous. The second girl had a bad attitude. I spoke Chinese and was able to communicate well with them, but I can't even imagine how bad the service from the second girl would be if you couldn't communicate with her. Seeing the booker on the way in and out was super awkward.

Overall: I honestly would repeat in a heartbeat if it wasn't for the way the apartment is set up. I really don't like waiting at the fence for the booker to slowly open it up for me while he does an optical pat down. It's basically like booking a girl and having the pimp open the door.

The reality is a lot of these girls are pros and are greedy. But others are doing this for the first time or simply provide better service. I have no problems paying and tipping girls who provide excellent service. I will not pay for cold and lifeless upgrades which put them in the price point of much better experiences elsewhere. I'll just wait for good reviews next time because going in cold and not knowing Chinese can be a recipe for a bad time.

Thanks for posting your experience. Apartment by its nature is hit and miss. If people can not deal with the miss, then maybe apartment is not for them. Your post just validated my earlier point that it's not the place that gives good or bad service, it's the girls.

As for the gate situation, let me provide some colors. The booker you are texting with is not the door guy. When you text the booker, she then texts the door guy. So I usually wait 1 to 2 minutes before I walk over to the gate. This way I am not out there waiting for too long. Also, once the door guy knows you, then you won't get the stare down anymore. But ultimately, if you are not comfortable with the door guy (all apartments have a door guy) there, then you have to decide for yourself whether you want to go again or not. But as you stated, when you get a hit it is so worth it.

Well, after having several really good experiences at this place including Tiger and Mia who were both awesome, I had a really bad experience the other day. The girl wanted to upcharge for everything like 40 for BBBJ plus 40 for daty plus 40 for kissing etc. Everything was rushed and she kept using sprays and wipes and paper towels. It felt like a clinic.

Now, if you add up these upgrades, which I didn't partake in, you reach the price point of other much better experiences in Chicago. Because even if you pay all that upfront, the GFE service, it is still going to be rushed and clinical. And there are simply other options for true GFE in Chicago for that price point. And if you just go for the basic low budget service for 130, you are going to get a series of "No's" and her asking you to come every 30 seconds.
