One warning and only one warning, characterize the guys at the VFW as some kind of losers as you did here one more fucking time and I run you.
No shit, speak of anybody's service in less than honorable terms and you're fucking history.
Nite if he does it just report it.
Understand this, I won't just ban this user, I'll make it a point to ban any subsequent users you make.
A2
PS, lets make this easy, you can't ever mention anybody's service again. Not even to thank them because an asshole like you will find a way to do that like an asshole.

Posts: 13634First, I'm a firm believer in masks. The big question is, how is anyone going to enforce it? Go to any public beach and watch the hordes in close proximity to each other. One would need an Army of police to ensure complete enforcement of any nationwide mask law. Biden said in the debate that he'd mandate mask wearing. Almost spit out my coffee when I heard that.

Posts: 2337Interesting, anyone else with at least half a brain says the opposite is true. Infectious disease experts all over the world say masks do work to curtail the spread of Infectious diseases.

I suppose that's intended to mean something to me, but nope. Nothing comes to mind. I'm sure the only thing bad about you besides your breath, is the lack of comprehension of complex issues.

I believe he has said a lot less people would have died under his watch. Obama and Biden had a pandemic playbook that Trump threw away. Biden's claim has some merit.

So you would vote for the person so stupid as to claim that if he had been President no American would have died from COVID? With his dementia, he may very well believe he is God. And BTW, the WHO just announced that the pandemic may end a lot sooner than they thought and that Trump's plan is working very quickly at ending it.

Posts: 307The US is one of the few countries in the world without some sort of national healthcare system, which is baffling if not disgraceful. That being said, many of the national systems are not working as envisioned.

I truly believe that a national healthcare system is essential to the future of this country. The problem is that no-one, including me, has any realistic plan to implement one that is effective, obtainable, and affordable. Full, complete, and timely systems are prohibitively expensive while cheap systems result in poorer healthcare and longer waits for service for everyone.
John Ossoff does not have the answer. Unfortunately, neither does anyone else.

Posts: 2337FWIW, It's been 4 years and we've heard only murmurings of Trump's health care plan to replace the ACA (Obamacare).

Excuse my typo, it is supposed to say "20 something," not 30.

Furthermore, I believe Obamacare is broken and cannot last in the long run. I don't really have the solution, but I do believe healthcare is a basic human right. Or at least it should be.
You shouldn't be able to let a man die or suffer, just because he can't afford healthcare. That's my most liberal viewpoint.
I don't know what. But something needs to be done about big pharma. I wish I had the solution, but inflation, and the business aspect of healthcare leads to great corruption.
I feel sorry for those with a serious Illness, and no money.
I don't think Biden and Harris have the solution though.
Any other views?? This is interesting to me.
