The gate works. They just don't want to give out the code due to potentially raising flags with the leasing office for their code being used X amount of times / day. RChang you are 100% correct. That is a functional gate and has no problems. I stood and watched people go in and out easily. The keypad works. In an earlier thread it was mentioned that the property manager has access to an activity log on the keypad. This thread has had many theories on why the booker doesn't want you to use the keypad. Waiting at the gate is a real pain in the ass. That's his style for this location.

The Irvine location (s) at the sister agencies are way more friendly and there is no PIA to getting to the front door. I'm in the OC frequently.
