An infection will get in through the urethra. It takes time for symptoms to show, anywhere from 24 hours up to a week. Three rules that I would follow:

1. If she has a stench, run. Don't chance it.

2. Shower immediately afterwards and use lots of disinfecting soap. Head of your dick needs to be squeaky clean.

2. Take a piss (drink lots of water) immediately after and for the next couple hours to keep the urethra clear and clean so bacteria can't work its way back to your prostate and give you an infection.

Won't be 100% effective, but those rules will help.

I guess part of it is luck. I have been barebacking for almost 15 years, usually about 60-70 times a year. Still have not caught anything. But usually right after I am done I take a shower and give myself a good scrub.

This is a picture I took myself. Clearly, selectively hiding the bottom half gives a totally different impression than what she shows in the profile! Which is, of course, the oldest trick in the book, LOL!
