Anyone with any experience at Body Balance Massage on 11 Mile in Royal Oak? Just noticed the place and was wondering if anyone would care to share some info. Thanks.

This might save someone a trip. Comfort Spa in Westland, across from the bowling alley, is empty and up for lease. I drove by there a few weeks ago thinking about stopping in. No luck.

I went once last year sometime, with a discount. The massage area was tiny and right next to the hair and nail area. So, you can hear all the conversations going on there. As I recall, there were hair clippings on the floor next to the massage table from getting tracked in. Average massage. No hint of extras. I won't go back.

I don't see too much posted about this place. Health Plus on MI Ave. In the corner of a strip mall. I visited a while back. Got a table shower, a very hard massage, and all the fixings. My provider was petite with bolt-ons. Hard to tell asian age but I'm guessing in her 50's but the body at a very healthy 30 ish. Place has the walls that don't touch the ceiling, but the place provided everything. I went later in the evening and nobody was there not did anyone show up while I was there.

I live in Troy and there are like 4 or 5 AMP on Rochester between 16 and 18 mile. 4 years never got an extra. But massages are good.

I've seen Lisa (solo) quite a few times now and always enjoy my time. Her "partner" is named Chrissy and is her cousin. For the next few weeks or so she is offering dou's and "training" her at Lisa's Waterford / Pontiac location. To be clear. The gal in those pics is NOT Chrissy. For those of us that have seen Lisa, Chrissy is much, much older, or at least looks older, maybe mid 50's and has a strong New York accent. IMHO the extra money spent for a "dou" is not worth it. Chrissy is still very timid, and to make her feel comfortable, while she is there Lisa is not offering her usual finish. Final thoughts. Once Chrissy is on her own, she would not be on my short list of favorite providers. Of course this is just my opinion. To each their own!

I only went back the second time because my regular cancelled on me last minute and she was readily available when I called her. 7/10 experience. YMMV.
