Perhaps it's because I do most of my hobbying in Brevard, but I do not know any providers that require a deposit. I do hobby outside the county sometimes, I've seen providers in Orange, Volusia, Indian River, Broward and Dade, probably one or two others as well. Again, best I can recall, I've never had a legit provider request a deposit, not in over a decade in the hobby.

Ok so I was on fence at first with this one mainly cause she was in Titusville, but now that she's in Melb and sounds like she wants to stay.
