Most of us don't have the ready cash someone like Kraft has to fight an arrest. His lawyers managed to get surveillance videos showing him in the act excluded on the technicality that the warrant wasn't completely 'kosher'. How many of us could get out of a similar situation? I know I couldn't. So yeah, if your 'spidey senses' are tingling and you don't feel right going into a situation, then don't.
