Admittedly I am stating this without firsthand knowledge but I strongly suspect these were just apartments they ran an incall location out of and had girls from out of town rotating through. Trafficking charges do not require they be foreigners, just from outside MA. The term brothel is also used for charges and does not necessarily indicate a setup like the classic with a lineup. For those who may have visited the homes in F'ham off union not too far from the hospital. They were run out of homes, and are no longer in incall escort operation.
