Flynn's preference for OC
You're right that Flynn likes to work in OC than SD. Even though she lives in SD, she prefers it here. One of the reasons is that the average age of clients in OC is younger than SD. Which makes sense since SD is a magnet for retirees.

Viet providers
Orange County probably has a bunch if you have Vietnamese connection. Covid really makes it tough to find them now.

I think OCpyro has posted about a couple of them. There were at least a couple Viet girls at LA Korean agency before but they were like unicorn.

It's because this agency likes to rotate girls between OC and SD every one or two weeks. They may stay longer wherever they are more busy.
I believe Flynn actually likes to work in OC even though she has higher rate in SD. If higher rate was everything then SD girls would never come to OC.

Angela had a review: (OC Kdoll Angela).
Milky / Nabi and Cream were in LA before. Alexis and Paris were in the Bay before. I wasn't interested in them enough to remember their other names or intel.
