I like the "bot test" tactic. I usually put two totally unrelated words together when I see something suspect. A color and a noun. Like "blue wrench" - if the person asks what the F are you talking about 99 out of 100 it's a real person. If the conversation continues, like in your pic, it's almost always a bot.
