See Mazvid's report down below from last week. Personally, I wouldn't spend anywhere near that amount on a SB. If it's helpful on the location, I did see the earlier report about a male roommate though by the time I saw her she claimed to have just moved to a new place, and there was a female roommate she spoke of who owned the house though I never met her (house was empty when we used it).

The location is actually in a relatively nice little subdivision of town homes off a major highway in Chantilly area, and I never felt unsafe. But the place itself is a little haphazardly decorated inside and the upper-floor room she uses to play didn't have a real bed only an air mattress on the floor. She said she's saving up for a real mattress / bed so that may change, though just something to be aware of. She can be skittish about inviting new people directly over to the house, so don't be surprised if she wants to meet at a nearby public location first and then drive together to her place.
