Saw Charlotte for the first time this week. Honestly the best I have seen in quite some time. She is very personable and like to get to know you. I saw her when she first started on the scene first in GR then in Muskegon! She always in need of money, car etc. So rip offs is not surprising. She never ripped me off year & half ago, and actually provided fairly good service including greek! Her service I rate as a 8 but her looks only 5.
