It's going to be a wait, sadly. As Shaggy said, no bond for FTA and her next court date for the felony possession charge is mid-November. Sad to see the life catch up to her. She is one of my fav in Brevard and the only one I can keep fucking while walking LOL.

While she is currently on a no-bond status due to the FTA, that could be addressed at any time. She's got a public defender appointed, they could certainly file a motion to request a bond. While she's no longer entitled to a bond, she's still eligible for a bond. While it's hard to say with any certainty what the judge would do as to bond, it's not unreasonable to expect she'd be given a bond, though likely at a higher amount than before. Her original case, the one with the FTA, is just a single third degree felony. The original bond was $2,000, fairly common for judges to double bond amounts after an FTA. Her new case is just a couple of misdemeanor offenses that would typically have a bond amount of about $1,000.
