I don't know anything about her; however, regarding using two numbers: 1st number is to put out there for the whole world to see when she advertises. Spammers troll the internet scooping up numbers to spam later. It's likely a number that is not attached to her real name. Once she gets a real monger inquiring about her services, that's when she likely transitions to the number that she normally communicates on.
