Uber + Babysitter = Red Flags
The second I get that text about someone needing an Uber and upfront babysitter costs, I lose all interest. Too many red flags. Plus, the logistics are just going to make it a miserable experience. Sitter and Uber
I got the same line during the summer. She's from NY and doesn't drive. I think the bill for Uber and sitter allegedly would have been $100 or so. I think that's excessive. I offered to move the meet to closer to her home, but she said there was no difference in cost. I'm not sure if she's legit or not. I certainly wouldn't send her any money in advance.
