They are pretty close. The ad photos are probably like a glamour shots kind thing but it is the girls. Kiko is spot on but the chances of getting her are slim to none. You would want to read my last few posts on her anyway. She's beautiful, but she runs the spa so you won't get the same service from her as from the other girls. She's good but she has a lot of responsibilities and can't give you her full attention.
