Tried Asian Spa on 28th and Burlingame. Only one lady worked there. Average massage but she didn't give HJ.

The good ones are busier, of course, and give preferential treatment for their regulars. But it just may be you're trying when they are busy. Try Tues, Weds or Thursdays, normally slower times, and early rather later in the day. Evan ones I've seen on a regular basis often take a second call to get a response.
