Months ago I mentioned something was up with the SDAG booker. I'm glad to know some of the girls feel the same way.

A while back they got a second booker, a lady. I found out when I accidentally called them and she actually picked up instead of just texting me with " like the guy does. Either way it seems like she's the one that the girls don't like. That's beside the point though. I just read the little paragraph that they put up about not being picky and being happy with what we get. Imo that's pretty horrible, while their prices are comparatively lower than most independent non GFE girls, its still not something most can afford multiple times a month so yeah, I think we can afford to be picky. And not reading reviews? Thats just bullshit, not all of us can afford to go on blind everytime, but then again the booker has been complainant reviews ever since I started with them 5 years ago.

You are spot on about Petra / Flynn, she's definitely not a 10, but I always have the best sessions with her. I used to see her more often in OC, her standard 30 min rate was $180 as were all the SDAG ladies working in OC, same agency and booker.

In my opinion between Petra and Tatum, Petra has the better upper body and Tatum has the better lower body (below the breast) and skin. Really depends what you're looking for. Both of them are great overall though.

Funny, I've heard from 2 providers now that girls don't want to work for SDAG because the booker is an asshole and that they use fake pics / over photoshop pics. Might explain why some of the poorer performing providers sometimes back with different name / pics or never come back again. Also SDAG has had Latinas and recently several thai girls, might lend some credibility to what I was told about Korean girls not wanting to work for the agency.

If you wish to tip for good service, that's entirely up to you. These girls don't survive off of tip, they already make a lot of money. Girls will tell you they don't come to San Diego because guys down here are assholes or don't tip well. That sounds a whole lot better than, "we don't see enough guys here in San Diego. ".

A lot of the agency girls don't want to be in San Diego because they don't get the high volume they would from a more accessible city like LA. They'll rotate because mongers get tired of seeing the same girl repeatedly or they're sent involuntarily down to San Diego because they perform poorly elsewhere.

I've been a monger for nearly 8 years, I've received exceptional service from girls who are capable of it. I very rarely tip, instead they get repeat business because it makes no difference if I tip once and never come back. In my many years, I have yet to see someone demand a tip or be disappointed when they don't receive one.

This whole tip thing started because, and it's actually still the case in some states but not in california, the minimum wage in restauration [sic] jobs is far lower than the regular minimum wage, so they need tips to compensate for the money they don't get, but should, from their employers.

Add to that the envy-proned practice of market comparison. For example, if someone compared the kgirl scene in SD vs LA / OC vs the Bay, they may be quick to become indignant about tipping when they realize what's available elsewhere (eg, looks, service, variety) and at what price point. The disparity comes to a fever-pitch when they realize theyre expected to tip for something that was included elsewhere. In extreme cases, they may be expected to pay almost twice as much as someone that saw her where the grass is greener.

Tips are generally a Western thing. In Japan and Korea, tipping is definitely not required unless they're trying to swindle you for being American. These cultures value regular customers more than tips. This applies to restaurants, auto mechanics, and other businesses as well.

And speaking of SDAG. Has anyone done the work verification method of screening? How did that go? How deep did they dig when they called your office? LOL.

Tip is not a western thing, it's a USA thing, no countries in Europe expect tips for anything, and I did my research and apparently south american countries and in australia they don't expect tip either. And since you are saying that in Asia they don't expect tip either, I feel like only in the US you are supposed to tip, depending on the kind of service.

Not sure about Canada but in Mexico (except for Tijuana as there a lot of US people going there) they don't expect tips either. In LA / OC, we have more kgirls and some are pretty hot and that can be seen by how Petra's looks rank in T E are as Flynn.

Can someome explain why Petra's rates are so high? Is she stunning, provide extra services, a great fuck, or a combination? Last time I booked a VIP at SDAG the experience was average, but I've never seen Petra.

My experience with Akemi, she posted her services and requested to not ask for discounts, I opted for the hhr and got a full service from her, including the shower and hot stones.

I've been in the game since the early 90's. I hate to think how much I've spent. But I've had a lot of fun and met some truly amazing women over the years. I've hobbied in other parts of the world too. Sometimes I wonder how long I'll keep going. The local scene has changed significantly over the past 15 years and probably not for the better. I keep hoping for a return to the golden age. Oh and I never ever tip. Treating people with respect and being a return customer is what its all about in my view.

I'm still digging our current times too but I run across threads about the good ol' golden years reminiscing, mostly OC / LA boards and yea, overseas is pretty tough to beat here. I can't imagine it being pulled off here. My time in China was crazy insane and I think my annual spend would have to jump into the high 6 figures just to get anywhere close in the states what you get there for almost nothing and in some cases free (sort of. Because the corporations want your biz there. So they wine & dine you. Love those karaoke bars and the 3 to 5 girl harem that joins you in the provided penthouse all night long. And the breakfast feast! Even then. Still would be tough to pull off here with the way they pamper you there like you're royalty.

If I added it all up I'd probably freak out. But I did look back at the prices I was paying in the early 2000's here in the states and I'm paying exactly the same and in some cases less now in 2020. Thought that was interesting.

That's true in other countries, especially in Japan where it is an insult if you tip. But try not tipping at a Japanese or Korean sit-down restaurant in the US and that won't fly.

Didn't realize a can of works the tipping subject was, and didn't realize a lot of people didn't tip. I don't think it's a big deal. It's not like I'm tipping $100. I figured, for the 10 years I've using SDAG, they haven't changed their prices as far as I remember. I'm sure the girls would appreciate the extra cash but if they are fine not getting tip, that's cool too.

RChangDatyKing. I've got you by a few years. Been a hobbyist for over 30 years and def remember the Body Shop days and the multitude of MPs all around San Diego. Overall I don't tip for service. These girls are doing well without tips even if the HF is 50%. Having chatted with more than one lady at the agencies, it seems that on a busy day they will see 5-7 guys. Slow days are 3-5. When I have tipped, the lady was confused and offered to return the tip thinking I had overpaid. This has happened more than once so I'm thinking the girls aren't looking for the tip. They want regulars. I'm a firm believer in treating the lady with respect and if we click, seeing her on a regular basis. Because of that, I probably get more services than new guys. Truth is, the more comfortable she feels, the better the session. It does not depend on tips.

As to why SD does not see a variety of ladies? Simple. Based on my convos with the ladies that circulate between OC, LA, SF and SD. The prime factor is where they can make the most money. Each city has a different population base of hobbyists and each city has different levels for the HF (house fee). I most certainly would support the SD agencies "rotating" ladies to San Diego for short visits.

In my hobbying, I also see non-agency ladies (independents). Indies are more prone to "tour" and travel from city to city. There are distinct areas in LA that do well for them. They will only come to SD when they want a tan or some good Mexican food. The hobby base in SD is not as large as LA / OC / SF. Still, tips are something I did 20-30 years ago. Not today.
